How to Reach Us
1️⃣ By Highway
From the North: A1 motorway → direction Rome
From the South: A1 motorway → direction Milan

Exit at Firenze-Impruneta

Take the Firenze-Siena highway towards Siena (approx. 20 km)

Exit at San Donato in Poggio → turn left onto SP101 → 2 km to the town
2️⃣ Entering San Donato in Poggio
📍 Main junction: turn left towards Castellina

Continue and pass the Romanesque parish church on the right

After 600 m → take the third right onto via Boccaccio
3️⃣ Final 200 meters

Continue up via Boccaccio → keep right

When you reach the public gardens with a basketball court, turn left onto via Brunetto Latini

After 120 m → take the second street on the right (the first is a parking lot) → look for the sign “La Compagnia del Chianti”

Continue 80 m along the dirt road → green gate on the left = you have arrived!

This option requires a partial payment in advance.

Cancellation Terms & Fees
The following conditions apply to both options based on the cancellation date:

| More than 30 days before arrival | No penalty (deposit will be refunded) |
| Between 30 and 7 days before arrival | 30% penalty (deposit retained or charged to card) |
| Less than 7 days or No-show | 100% penalty (total cost of the stay) |
Note: A “No-show” occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the property without prior notification of cancellation.
