Reservation and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING MODALITIES & CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm your stay, you may choose between two guarantee methods:

Option 1: Deposit Payment (Bank Transfer or Card)

This option requires a partial payment in advance.

  • Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.

  • Accepted Methods: Bank transfer or credit card.

  • Balance: To be paid directly at the property.

Option 2: Credit Card Guarantee

No immediate charge; the card is used only to secure the apartment.

  • Required Details: Card network, number, cardholder name, and expiry date.

  • Verification: A validity check will be performed (via pre-authorization).

  • Balance: The full amount will be paid directly at the property.


Cancellation Terms & Fees

The following conditions apply to both options based on the cancellation date:

Cancellation Notice Penalty Applied
More than 30 days before arrival No penalty (deposit will be refunded)
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival 30% penalty (deposit retained or charged to card)
Less than 7 days or No-show 100% penalty (total cost of the stay)

Note: A “No-show” occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the property without prior notification of cancellation.
